He has two decades of international professional experience with various business and technology firms, as well as reputable non-profit organizations worldwide.
Throughout his career, between Europe, the United States, the Middle East and North Africa, he has directly served +120 organizations and +4000 individuals, contributing to divergent and multidimensional projects with a variety of public stakeholders such as : UNESCO, UNICEF, UNHCR, WHO, the World Bank, Internews, IWPR, PAX, NED, Build Up, the British Council, various Embassies (US, UK, France, Sweden), French Ministry of Justice, European Commission, and private entities like: Baxter, Orange, Kiloutou, Atos, Aramco, QNB & others, in addition to serving on the board of several NGOs, such as SINGA Bordeaux, RAHMI, Jamira, TechPax and Vision.
Academically, he holds two university degrees in Information Technology and in Economics, two Master degrees in Management Information System and Business Intelligence, in addition to being an alumnus of several European & international academic & training programs.
Iyad is a multilingual French-Syrian, currently based in Bordeaux, France.
